Accessible to all students, the Grievance Redressal Cell comprehensively addresses concerns spanning academic matters, financial issues, health services, the library, and central services. It actively attends to complaints received through the 'Suggestion Box' as well as oral complaints, all while upholding a strict commitment to maintaining the confidentiality of the grievance resolution process.

Moving to the department level, department heads and senior teachers handle more specific student issues.
