In adherence to the directives set forth by the National Commission for Women and in alignment with the guidelines established for the implementation of the Hon'ble Supreme Court judgment dated August 13, 1997, pertaining to the issue of sexual harassment of women in the workplace, each department within this college has instituted internal complaints committees (ICCs) to facilitate the reporting of grievances by female staff or students.

In this institution, the principal serves as the chairperson for each department's ICC, and annually, a new set of committee members is constituted. Each departmental committee is comprised of two female faculty members and two female students. This structure ensures a comprehensive and responsive approach to addressing concerns related to sexual harassment within the college community.
