In readiness for various stages of the selection process, our institution has established collaborations with numerous software companies and core industries, facilitating campus recruitment. Additionally, we have entered into Memoranda of Understanding (MOUs) and partnerships with respected trainers specializing in business and technical skill development. To further enhance student preparedness, structured training programs have been implemented. These programs, initiated in the second year, are conducted by reputable training agencies and encompass a comprehensive range of topics. These include industry-specific analytical and problem-solving techniques, group discussions, technical and HR interview processes, among other essential components
Our mission is to achieve 100% placement for students through unwavering dedication, a positive attitude, and complete involvement. The Training and Placement Cell orchestrates and coordinates diverse programs aimed at moulding students to meet industry expectations, ultimately bringing distinction to the institution. Governed by a set of rules and principles, the Training and Placement Cell cultivates strong relationships with industries. This includes preparing the recruitment schedule, inviting corporations for pre-placement talks on the campus, conducting final placements, and overseeing the entire process meticulously throughout the year.
